It was hot and sunny all day, and with a wealth of subjects within the village most of the work was done there. A couple did venture to try and find the standing stones but were unsuccessful. Sarah went out later and by first going to Bradford was able to find them (photograph above). It is a full stone circle and only a few are shown here.
Most of the paintings were done within the church yard which was really pretty with wild flower everywhere. Also while we painted there was the sound of birdsong. A really restful place.
