Today we were expecting showers of rain throughout the day, but it began with clear blue skies. Unfortunately as we left the Village Hall to paint the grey clouds came and stayed for the rest of the day.
In the morning we all went across the field to the old stile. This is has been used for a long time and the stones and wood have been shaped by the thousands of feet that must have crossed over the many years.
During lunch there was a heavy rain shower, but fortunately we were all indoors, and that was the one and only rain we saw all day.
In the afternoon one person stayed at the hall, while the rest went back to the stile to continue.
