Today was a day of blustery showers. Most people got out to take photographs or sketches, but it was a matter of dodging the showers.

We were based in the newly opened Centre, in Newlyn. It was a good room to paint in, for although there wasn't a view from the windows, the skylights in the roof gave good lighting to paint by.
