This was our second visit to The Old Rectory, and following a period of bad weather the bluebells did not last. This time the rhododendrons were in full flower, and the laburnum growing against the wall of the house.

The weather was good, and we had a very pleasant day, again being looked after by Caroline and Alan Wootton. There was an added attraction this time as one of the silkies had recently hatched chicks.
