An ideal place to go and paint in the colder weather. It will be possible to paint in the Humid Tropic Biome or the Warm Temperate Biome. Also the ice skating will still be taking place in a covered area. New to the Eden webiste is their photo gallery.
The Biomes are the largest conservatories in the world containing a great number of different plants from around the world. Also there are items of art around the site, not forgetting the structures of the Biomes are in themselves.
At the moment there is £5 entry to the Eden project, and if this is Gift-Aided you can also get free entry for the next 12 months. This runs out on the 27th November, so I am going to arrange a painting day at the Eden project for Saturday 22nd November. I realise it is short notice, but this way we can take advantage of their offer. If you decide to come you MUST provide proof of residence in Cornwall or Devon and some photo ID.
I will give guidance at the start of the day for anybody who would like some help to get started*.
Bring your own drinks and lunch, or they can be purchased at the various cafes around the site.
Children over the age of 10 years are welcome to accompany you*.
Although it is no longer necessary to send a deposit, it would help if you still booked your place for the day by sending me an email, writing to the address below, or by phoning me (01637 830657).
