1. Policy
(i) My policy is to look after you, and to be fair in all my dealings with you.
(ii) The details on this website are correct to the best of my knowledge, Links are for information only and Paint Away Days cannot be held responsible for any information they give.

2. Contact
(i) With consideration for the environment, where possible I prefer to make contact by email to reduce the amount of paper used. Obviously this is not suitable for everybody, and will post details on request.
(ii) I am aware of the problems with spam, and junk mail, and will only contact you on a regular basis if you indicate you would like information about future Paint Away Days. This will be done by email . You may opt out of this mailing list at anytime by letting me know. (back)
3. Privacy
(i) Information given will be used solely for the purpose of contacting you about Paint Away Days activities, and will not be passed onto a third party. (back)
4. Bookings
(i) Bookings can be made by telephone, post or email, subject to spaces being available. Confirmation will be by email, or by phone at the time of the call. If you have not received confirmation within a reasonable time please contact me.
(ii) Places can be provisionally booked for a period of seven days by telephone or email. If not confirmed after seven days the place may be given to another person. (back)
5. Personal Responsibility
(i) Neither Paint Away Days nor its agents or employees take responsibility for belongings brought by you to events.
(ii) Whilst every effort will be made to ensure the suitability of venues, please be aware of the risks involved. It is your responsibility to keep yourself safe at all times. (back)
6. Children
(i) Children aged 10 years and under the age of 16 years are welcome to join us, but must be accompanied by a responsible adult who will look after that child for the day.
(ii) Young persons 16 years and up to the age of 19 years are not expected to be the responsible adult for a child. (back)
7. Dogs
(i) Dogs will be welcome at some locations, please read the details for each location to find out which ones.
(ii) As responsible dog owners you will know that if the weather is hot it may not be appropriate to bring your dog unless you are able to provide shade.
(iii) As a dog owner myself I realise that not everybody likes dogs, and some may even be allergic, please do not allow your dog to be a nuisance or interfere with another participant, or a member of the public. If there is a problem I may have to ask that the dog is kept on lead or returned to the car. Also I would have to request that the dog not accompany you again.
(iv) Dogs will not be allowed to come into the venue itself, as some are used for playgroups etc.
(v) Please clean up after your dog at all times. (back)
8. Complaints
(i) As our policy is to look after you, I hope that there will be no cause for complaint. However, I will take any complaint seriously and will contact you as soon as possible. (back)
