The gallery for our visit on the 13th October to the Lostwithiel Golf and Country Club is now ready for viewing.

Our next venue is the Eden Project on 17th November. We will be visiting during the period when Cornwall and Devon residents can get entry tickets for only £5 and will give entry for a year. See the Eden Project website or the locations page for further details.

Winter colour at the Eden Project.

To prove residency it is necessary to show identification (as described on the Eden Project website), so do not forget to bring it with you on the day.

We were at the Eden Project last January, and the gallery shows the paintings done at that time.

Also I have noticed there is a competition about Special Places. This can be anywhere, but it is for photographs and artwork, with cameras as prizes.

December's venue is to be Cubert. We will be using The Well cafe as our base (the cafe itself will be closed). The Well is in the centre of the village with parking nearby. We will be able to go into the Parish Church to paint, and if the weather is not too cold there are some outdoor "views" as well. There is a good view of Gull Rocks up by the golf course three quarters of a mile away, and I am trying to get permission for us to go there as well.

Finally, do you have ideas of where you would like to go in January and February, remembering that it will be the winter months and we need to be able to work indoors. Would you like to have a demonstration and practice at different techniques, or help with a specific problem. Then let me know and I will fit it in.

I am updating the website again, because of the changes to the organisation of Paint Away Days. So if you find a broken link, or any other problem, please let me know and I will get it sorted out as quickly as possible.

If you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact me, Sarah Ingle, by phone (01637 830657), post (the address is at the bottom of the page), or email.
