The Paint Away Day for December at Cubert was cancelled due to the very bad weather we had that day. It was bad travelling on the roads making it difficult for participants to make their way there.
On 26th January we shall go to the Tate Gallery, St Ives. The gallery is right at the edge of Porthmeor Beach in St Ives and just down the road is the Barbara Hepworth Museum. If you book with me before 17th January I can get reduced entry fees for you, more details on the Tate Gallery locations page.
We will be allowed to draw within the galleries themselves, though not paint or use pastel, again more details about this on the locations page.
Provisionally we will be going to again in February, using the Surf Life Saving Club which is on the beach. This is a time when we can hope for bad weather at we get good views across the beach and sea from indoors. The Gallery has images of our previous visits.
