The gallery for our visit on the 11th August to the Charlestown is now ready for viewing.
Spaces are still available for 13th October at Lostwithiel Golf and Country Club.
Bob will be coming along to play golf, so if any partners would like to join him please let us know.
Update
As was mentioned in the last newsletter Paint Away Days will cease to be a business from November. We will still go out painting as a group of artists just as before, and we are willing to continue to arrange the hire of a room where necessary.
What this will mean is that the cost of a days painting will depend on the total cost for the day. If a room is hired then that cost will be shared between the participants on the day. Or if we go where there is an entry fee then that will have to be paid individually. Tea and coffee will still be provided, where appropriate, at a cost of £1 per day. Any profits will go towards the maintenance of the website.
The venues will continue to be advertised on the website, but I'm sorry I will not be able to post newsletters to those without internet access. I will advertise the dates in the What's On section of the West Briton, The Cornishman and Cornish Guardian, and also on Pirate FM and perhaps on BBC Radio Cornwall, so please check to find out the details of the next venue. If you want to ring us (01637 830657) to find out details we will be happy to let you know.
It will still be necessary to book a place, because of organising the hire of a venue. Those with internet access can print off a booking form to book their place by post. I will also take bookings over the phone (01637 830657). Any payments will be made on the day to cover actual costs. Just to give you an idea of what they might be, the usual cost for hiring a room is around £20 to £50, so it is likely that the cost per person will be less.
The next venue will be the Eden Project, near St Austell. As we will not be hiring a room there will only by the entry costs.

November's Paint Away Day will be at the Eden Project on Saturday 17th November. I know a few of you have an annual pass and we thought it would be good to go back again. We were last there in January, have a look at the gallery to see the paintings we produced then.
